As a system administrator's assistant I brought a complete office online: workstations, servers, switches, network cabling, UPS units and printers. I installed and configured Windows on every machine and handed over ready-to-work setups. Since then I have built and operated my own technical projects daily — troubleshooting has become routine: isolate, find the cause, document the fix, restore service. I have not worked much with Microsoft Entra ID at administration level; that is what I am deliberately preparing for right now.

My own tools
These projects are not proof of support experience — they show something else: that I set up, operate and repair technical systems myself when they break. That is what separates good support from merely working through tickets. Every demo can be tried directly in the browser.

A hands-on entry into office IT, a recognised degree and three years of daily technical practice — with an honest view of strengths and knowledge boundaries.
2018
Brought a new office online completely: workstations, servers, switches, network cabling, UPS units and printers. Installed and configured Windows on every machine and handed finished workplaces over to staff. Plus maintenance of server and network systems, user administration and hardware replacement.

Degree from the State University of Trade and Economics (Kyiv), recognised by ZAB as equivalent to a German bachelor's (03/2025). Followed by 1st place among roughly 6,000 participants in the RS School / EPAM JS/FE Pre-School course.

Built and operated my own projects daily. Analysing failures, finding causes and restoring service is routine; for analysis I use Chrome DevTools and a tool I built myself to capture network traffic. 20+ projects, 100+ scripts and workflows, kept reliably in operation over months.

Deliberate preparation for the Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900) certification and working through the fundamentals of Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory on Microsoft Learn. Goal: an on-site IT support role in the Munich area.
Goal: on-site IT supportAbout me
My first technical role was as a system administrator's assistant at “UkrZoloto” in Kyiv. We brought a new office online completely — workstations, servers, switches, network cabling, UPS units and printers. I installed and configured Windows on every machine and handed the finished workplaces over to colleagues. That is where I learned how much technology you can take off someone's hands so they can simply get on with their work.
Then came a degree in economic cybernetics (recognised by ZAB as equivalent to a German bachelor's) and 1st place among roughly 6,000 participants in the JS/FE Pre-School course by RS School and EPAM — the one externally verifiable measure of how fast I pick up new things. For about three years I have been building and operating my own technical projects daily; analysing failures and restoring service is routine.
Honest about my limits: I have not worked much with Microsoft Entra ID or Microsoft 365 at administration level, and I have not used a ticketing system professionally. I am closing both gaps deliberately — MS-900 is my next certification target. What I do bring reliably: I learn fast, I do not give up before the cause is found, and I can explain technology without jargon.
